Zhong Guo Corporate Services is comprised of a pool of experienced and qualified professionals providing a complete range of corporate services both to local and international companies. Our aim is to provide services of the highest quality both through personal contact and by the application of an innovative and dynamic approach.

We are the only Cyprus Company that has an established office in Guangzhou, P.R. of China and we are also the representatives of Cyprus in the European Chamber of Commerce in China.

The Directors

Giannis Giolitis -  Director

Giannis has obtained a degree in Management and Economics from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST). He is a member of the Cyprus European Social Forum. After graduation he worked as the personal assistant to former President of the Republic of Cyprus George Vassiliou. Following he was awarded a scholarship by the Cyprus Scholarship Foundation to study the Chinese language at the Sun Yat-Sen (Zhongshan) University of Guangzhou. Giannis is also the representative of Cyprus in the European Chamber of Commerce in China and has extensive experience of the Chinese market.

Emilios Ayiomamitis - Director

Emilios graduated from University of Warwick, with a BSc in Economics, Politics and International Studies and subsequently started his training as Chartered Accountant with a Big 4 firm in Cyprus where he gained valuable experience by working in a wide range of industries both on local and international levels. He is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales as well as Practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus.

Emilios deals extensively with international tax planning for large international groups.
